First Blog Post! Yay!

Hey all. Funny how things come full circle. Social media once made websites feel unnecessary. Now most dot-coms are just glorified link trees… and social media has turned into a whirlwind of noise. So here I am again, making a website that does everything the platforms do — just without your eyeballs on it… yet.

This started as a professional page to highlight and market my creative work. Now I’m enjoying the idea of having control over my own space, one place where potential employers, fans, and friends can keep up, connect, and actually find me.

I’m done with social media. I don’t see the value anymore. It no longer brings friends together, it doesn’t function as a reliable networking or marketing tool, and it’s dissolved into a giant ad farm. The constant division and erosion of basic humanity on those platforms is just disheartening.

So…

I’ve decided to post everything about my projects — music, art, and whatever else I’m creating — right here on bradsprauer.com.

And yes, there’s even a little groups/hangout/message-forum thing I’m cheekily calling “BradFace.” The link’s in the top right corner.
